Imported walnut halves in a pale Light colour. We source them from major walnut producing countries, mainly Bulgaria and Ukraine but also the USA and China, depending on the season and the quality of each crop. They are the choice for buyers who want whole halves at a lower price than Greek kernels.

Buying walnut halves wholesale
The minimum order is one 10 kg carton, and pallets or regular deliveries are priced by agreement. Contact us on +30 2541 200 900 or at sales@carpebo.com for prices and the origin currently available. Orders are dispatched from Thessaloniki within 2 to 3 working days of confirmation, across Greece and, by arrangement, to other EU countries.
Storage
Walnut kernels need cool, dark storage: up to 10 °C, up to 65% relative humidity and closed packaging. In warm conditions they darken quickly and their taste changes. Keep them away from spices and coffee, as they absorb odours.
Frequently asked questions
Which country will my kernels come from?
It depends on the shipment available at the time. We confirm the origin together with the price, before the order is placed.
What does Light mean for walnut kernels?
It is the colour grade of the kernel. The trade scale runs from Extra Light, the palest, to Light, Light Amber and Amber. Light kernels are pale blonde with a mild taste.
Do you have other grades?
All grades are listed under wholesale walnuts.
