What WW240, WW320 and WW210 mean
WW stands for White Wholes. The number shows how many nuts fit in one pound (453.6 g), so the lower it is, the larger the nut. WW320 is the most common size worldwide, WW240 is larger and more impressive, and WW210 is among the largest grades on the market.

Are raw cashews really raw?
Cashews always go through heat treatment to remove the shell. Raw means they have not been roasted after shelling.
