Frequently asked questions
Which grade should I choose?
For retail and snacks, WW240 gives a more impressive nut. For pastry and mixes, WW320 offers better value.
Are raw cashews truly raw?
Cashews always go through heat treatment to remove the shell. Raw means the kernels have not been roasted after shelling.
