Buying Greek pistachios wholesale
The minimum order is one 5 kg bag, with 10 kg bags and 25 kg sacks for larger needs. Greek pistachio prices depend on the crop, the size and whether you want them raw or roasted. Ask for an offer on +30 2541 200 900 or at sales@carpebo.com. Orders are dispatched from Thessaloniki within 2 to 3 working days of confirmation, across Greece and, by arrangement, to other EU countries.
Storage
Roasted pistachios need closed packaging, since moisture takes away their crunch. Raw pistachios keep longer. Either way, store them in a cool, dry and dark place, ideally up to 10 °C.
Frequently asked questions
What is Fistiki Aiginas PDO?
It is a protected designation of origin for pistachios grown on Aegina. In the Greek market, Aegina pistachio is used loosely for pistachios in shell. If you need PDO certified pistachios, ask us about availability.
Are the shells open?
Most pistachios split their shell naturally as they ripen. A small share of closed nuts is normal.
