Roasted hazelnut kernels, ready to use. Roasting brings out the hazelnut aroma and makes the kernel crunchy, so it goes straight into sweets, chocolates and retail packs without further processing. We supply four size grades in three pack sizes.

Buying roasted hazelnuts wholesale
The 10 kg carton suits buyers who want a smaller quantity, while 20 and 25 kg sacks pay off for steady use. The minimum order is one pack. For prices per grade contact us on +30 2541 200 900 or at sales@carpebo.com. Orders are dispatched from Thessaloniki within 2 to 3 working days of confirmation, across Greece and, by arrangement, to other EU countries.
Storage
After roasting, hazelnuts lose their crunch faster if they pick up moisture. Reseal packs after each use and store in a cool, dry place, ideally up to 10 °C and below 65% relative humidity.
Frequently asked questions
Do they need further roasting?
No. The kernels are already roasted and used as they are. If they go into a baked product, watch the baking time so they do not over roast.
How do I choose a size?
The smaller 9/11 and 11/13 pay off for praline and chopped hazelnut. 13/15 and 15+ are for retail packs and decoration, where the whole nut shows.
